Review Fee of NT$500 is required for each application of foreign workers with special professions or technical assignments.

Urgent case will be charged an additional 50% of the total government fees by different visa types.

1-3 working days

– Single Entry Visitor Visa: NT$1,600 per application made in Taiwan; US$50 per application made overseas.

– Multiple Entry Visitor Visa: NT$3,200 per application made in Taiwan; US$100 per application made overseas.

– NT$5,120(US$160, currently only for American passport holders.)

– An additional charge of NT$800 or US$24 shall apply to an extendable visitor visa or applications made in Taiwan by holders of a visitor visa who wish to reapply for a different type of visitor visa.

NT$1,000 for one-year Alien Residence Certificate.
